It has always been a joy to help people realize and reach their highest potential. And today, more than ever, we need leaders who can co-create and inspire high confidence and integrity.  How does this happen? By planning a laser focus on what matters to you most - personally and professionally.

I partner with leaders to build identity and executive presence, clarify vision, communicate precisely, manage conflict, address critical feedback and develop key competencies. Mostly, we work together to "connect the dots" of life and work, and we do it with honesty, clarity and a touch of humor.

A bit about me, prior to coaching I led large strategic marketing teams for powerhouse brands including Advil, the National Football League and AMC Networks. As principal for TruePower, I work with all levels of leaders and teams in media, financial services, professional services and nonprofits. I specialize in coaching through growth and change. 

 

My research includes organizational leadership and transformational change. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Mostly, you can find me on Long Island with my family, singing with several groups, hanging at the beach or at the movies!
