I partner with diverse executives, professionals and entrepreneurs to build identity and executive presence, clarify vision, communicate precisely, manage conflict, address critical feedback and develop key competencies. Mostly, we work together to "connect the dots" of life and work, and we do it with honesty, clarity and a touch of humor.
A bit about me, prior to coaching I led large strategic marketing teams for powerhouse brands including Advil, the National Football League and AMC Networks. As principal for TruePower, I work with all levels of leaders and teams in media, financial services, professional services and nonprofits. I specialize in coaching through growth and change.
I am a PhD candidate researching organizational leadership and a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
Mostly, you can find me on Long Island with my family, singing with several groups, hanging at the beach or at the movies!
